I have been busy getting ready for the FARE Food Allergy Walk coming to Milwaukee, WI on June 9th, 2013. I need to hand out flyers and order our team shirts, who knew there was so much to do to get ready for the walk.

I have been working on my fundraising because The Food Allergy Research and Education (FARE) is an important organization, their mission is to ensure the safety and inclusion of all those with food allergies while seeking a cure. They need funds to research treatments and to help find a cure of the potentially life threatening allergies that affect at least 15 million Americans. This disease affects 1 in every 13 children in the U.S. or roughly 2 children in each classroom. FARE is committed to advocacy at all levels of government and increasing awareness of food allergies.
