And with this new Epi Pen design the cover that was gray is now blue. I trained my family to use the old design (which is used the pretty much the same) as the new one but it looks different and could be confusing to my family.

New EPI Pen Design - UGH.
It seems all our Epi Pens seem to expire at the same time and it usually early Spring. I placed an order for a refill and they were different. The design was not round anymore, but more of an oval and the bag I take everywhere with his Epi Pen that had an outside pocket to fit the round Epi-Pen perfectly. The new oval design doesn't fit in the pocket. What am I going to do now?? Ugh

what I did like about them, is that you can do it all one handed instead of unscrewing the cap. The practice pen seemed easier to use. Thankfully, I've never used it yet on my child - dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts.
I haven't tried one handed. I need to practice more with the trainer. Yes, I hope we never have to use them.
